How to get there: From Sao Luis: airport – rodoviaria (bus station) by taxi (15 min – 20R$); rodoviaria – Barreirinhas by bus with the company Cisne Branco (4h30 – 51R$). What to do in Barreirinhas: Parque de Lençois – Flight over Lençois (count between 200 and 300R$) – Lagoa Azul, do Peixe, Bonita
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9UL_dNQsgQk Arrived in Barreirinhas, we made an excursion (60R$) to see the Lagoa Azul and another lagoon not far away. Well it was beautiful but it is better to prefer a stage in Atins or see the same thing or better! You can fly over the Parque de Lençois from Barreirinhas all the local agencies offer it. The planes are 4 to 6 seats for a price between (200 and 300 R$). The best is to go directly to a local agency upon arrival in Barreirinhas to negotiate prices and book seats. Otherwise agencies can make you leave from Sao Luis! 
We then continued on stage 2 Atins by taking a 4×4 (1h – 25R$) on the main square of Barreirinhas. The best is to ask the pousada where you will stay. Advice:

- The city is not very pleasant if you are limited in time favor Atins and Jericoacoara.
